Ieisha Francis is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Legacy Administrative Support & Consulting LLC, a professional firm created to help organizations build stronger systems behind their work.
With more than 20 years of experience in nonprofit and public-service environments, Ieisha brings hands-on knowledge of administrative operations, program support, documentation, compliance, case-management processes, organizational procedures, and client-centered service delivery.
Her career has placed her in environments where accurate documentation, accountability, organization, and timely follow-through are essential. That experience shaped the philosophy behind Legacy: organizations should not have to choose between fulfilling their mission and managing the administrative work required to sustain it.
As she completes her Master of Public Administration, Ieisha continues to deepen her expertise in organizational management, program planning, accountability, research, nonprofit administration, and public-service leadership.
Through Legacy, she helps clients identify administrative gaps, improve workflows, strengthen documentation, and create practical systems that are clear, organized, and usable in the real world.
